DMARC monitoring pricing FAQ
What happens if I exceed my domain limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade before adding a new domain. We don't silently remove anything.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. On downgrade, you'll need to reduce your domain count to the new tier's limit.
Do you store my raw DMARC reports?
We store parsed report metadata (sender IPs, alignment results, and message counts) for up to 365 days. We do not store email content. Your plan tier controls how far back your dashboard looks: 7 days on Free, 180 days on Solo, 365 days on Pro. Upgrading immediately unlocks your full history for the new window; it was already there. Downgrading narrows your view but does not delete data, so upgrading again restores it. Delete your account and everything is permanently removed within 30 days.
What if I cancel?
Access continues until the end of your billing period. After that, you drop to the free tier and can continue monitoring one domain.
