Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DMARCdrift, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Use of Service

DMARCdrift provides DMARC aggregate report monitoring, parsing, and alerting services for domains you own or control. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only for domains you are authorized to configure. You may not use the service to monitor domains belonging to others without their consent, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or interfere with the service's operation.

Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not create accounts for others without their knowledge or transfer your account to another party.

Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which you revert to the free tier. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use DMARCdrift to monitor domains you do not own or control, resell access to the service, reverse engineer or extract proprietary systems, or violate any applicable law or regulation. Accounts found in violation of these restrictions may be suspended or terminated without notice.

Limitation of Liability

DMARCdrift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that report parsing will be complete or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
